About Our Las Vegas Party Bus Service
Las Vegas moves at its own pace — late nights, back-to-back events, and a Strip that never empties. Coordinating group transportation in a city that runs 24 hours takes more than a standard booking app. Party Buses Las Vegas has spent over a decade arranging rides for fan groups heading north on I-15 toward Allegiant Stadium, wedding parties shuttling between Bellagio and the Chapel of the Flowers, and corporate teams moving from downtown hotel blocks to the Las Vegas Convention Center on the first morning of a major trade show.
We offer a massive variety of vehicles — 14-passenger Sprinter limos, 15- to 50-passenger party buses, 15- to 35-passenger minibuses, and 40- to 56-passenger charter buses — so you never pay for seats you don't actually need. Pricing is all-inclusive and appears in under 30 seconds online, with no hidden costs and no surprises at checkout. Our 24/7 reservation team is one quick call away for any logistical question, any hour of the day or night.
That matters here, where your group's night might not start until midnight and the event exit traffic on Koval Lane peaks at 2 a.m. Call 702-273-3624 any time to get started.

Why Choose Us for Your Las Vegas Party Bus Rental
Las Vegas parking is its own event. Allegiant Stadium's surface lots fill before kickoff and run $50–$100 per space with no day-of availability; T-Mobile Arena has virtually no dedicated on-site public parking on the arena campus; and Sphere drops nearly 20,000 attendees onto Koval Lane and Sands Avenue simultaneously after every show. Rideshare surge pricing on the Strip regularly spikes 3–4x during peak hours, particularly on weekends, New Year's Eve, and any major convention move-in day.
A Las Vegas party bus rental cuts through all of it — one flat rate, one vehicle, one pickup at your hotel, and a drop right at the venue entrance while everyone else hunts for a $75 parking spot or watches an Uber ETA tick upward.
Since 2011, Party Buses Las Vegas has coordinated thousands of group trips, from school field days to full corporate conference shuttles at the Las Vegas Convention Center. Our 24/7/365 reservation team, exact online pricing, and fleet depth mean you get the right vehicle at the right price without a back-and-forth that takes days. We keep track of road closures — the Strip narrows to one southbound lane during major sporting events, and Industrial Road becomes the practical bypass for everything west of the freeway — so your group's route is already figured out before you board.

Our Group Transportation Services in Las Vegas
Party Buses Las Vegas handles group transportation for every occasion across the valley. From airport transfers at Harry Reid International and concert nights at Sphere to wedding shuttles between Henderson venues and corporate loops between the Convention Center and the resort corridor — whatever brings your group together, we have a vehicle and a plan ready. Call 702-273-3624 to get your group moving!

Las Vegas Airport Shuttles & Transportation
Harry Reid International Airport (LAS) (5757 Wayne Newton Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89119) sits just 2.5 miles from the center of the Strip — close enough that the drive should take 10 minutes, far enough that coordinating a large group arrival by rideshare turns into a 45-minute curbside scramble. Commercial bus pickup at LAS is handled on the Ground Transportation level of the main terminal, with designated commercial vehicle lanes on the lower roadway. Have your group coordinator call our team once everyone has luggage and is assembled at the agreed pickup door — do not call for the bus until the full group is together, because the lower roadway at LAS moves quickly and there's limited time to wait.
We also handle group transfers for conventions that fly hundreds of attendees into LAS on the same day — a staggered fleet dispatch keeps every arrival covered without a single guest standing at the curb longer than necessary. For cruise pre-trips staging out of Las Vegas before a Pacific sailing, a charter bus from LAS to your hotel beats coordinating a dozen separate taxis before an early morning departure. Call 702-273-3624 to book your Las Vegas airport shuttle today.

Las Vegas Bachelor & Bachelorette Transportation
Las Vegas is the bachelor and bachelorette capital of the country for a reason — the nightlife circuit here runs from 10 p.m. to sunrise, and the venues are close enough together that a single bus can cover Drai's Beachclub & Nightclub at The Cromwell, Zouk Nightclub at Resorts World, and a late-night stop at Omnia inside Caesars Palace all in one night. The Strip is walkable in theory; in practice, moving a group of 20 in formalwear from one end to the other after midnight means either burning $300 in rideshares across multiple cars or watching half the group get separated at the Bellagio fountains.
Our 15- to 50-passenger party buses come with a full-length bar, color-changing LED lighting, and a Bluetooth sound system to keep the pregame going from hotel to first stop. No drawing straws for a designated driver. No splitting the crew.
Call 702-273-3624 to lock in your bachelorette party bus in Las Vegas!

Las Vegas Birthday, Sweet 16, & Quinceañera Party Bus Rentals
A milestone birthday in Las Vegas deserves an entrance. Whether the celebration is heading to a dinner at STK Steakhouse inside The Cosmopolitan, a rooftop pool party at Marquee Dayclub, or a multi-stop night through the resort corridor, a party bus sets the tone from the moment the group boards — pre-loaded playlist, LED lighting matched to your theme color, and everyone together for the reveal moment when you arrive. Our buses are available in white, black, or silver to coordinate with your event palette.
For adult milestone birthdays heading to club-level experiences, rideshares work until they don't — one car gets there 20 minutes late, another ends up at the wrong valet, and the group spends the first hour of the birthday waiting for stragglers. A Las Vegas birthday party bus rental takes care of all of it for one flat rate, split across the whole group. Call 702-273-3624 any time to plan your celebration!

Las Vegas Concert Transportation & Shuttles
No U.S. city packs more concert capacity per square mile. Sphere (255 Sands Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89169) holds nearly 18,000 and sends every attendee out onto Sands Avenue and Koval Lane at once, where rideshare demand spikes within minutes of the house lights coming up. T-Mobile Arena (3780 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89158) is embedded inside the Park MGM–New York-New York corridor, meaning post-show pedestrian volume on the Strip is enormous.
The Colosseum at Caesars Palace (3570 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89109) runs residency shows year-round, and Michelob ULTRA Arena at Mandalay Bay hosts arena-level tours from the south end of the Strip.
A Las Vegas concert party bus rental picks your group up at the hotel, drops at the venue's nearest commercial entrance, and waits for a coordinated post-show pickup — arranged in advance so nobody is standing in a surge-priced queue. For EDC at the Las Vegas Festival Grounds each May, which draws 140,000+ per day, book several months ahead. Call 702-273-3624 for concert bus rentals in Las Vegas.

Las Vegas Corporate Event Transportation
The Las Vegas Convention Center (3150 Paradise Rd, Las Vegas, NV 89109) is the largest convention complex in the United States, with 4.6 million square feet of space and a West Hall expansion that opened in 2021. CES in January, SEMA in November, and NAB in April each bring 100,000+ attendees to a campus that stretches across multiple blocks — and on convention move-in mornings, Paradise Road and Convention Center Drive back up hard. A corporate charter bus moves your staff or clients from resort hotel blocks on the Strip directly to the Convention Center without a single person worrying about parking validation or the overloaded monorail.
For multi-day conferences, we set up repeating shuttle loops with staggered departure windows so no one waits more than 10 minutes. Executive Sprinter limos handle VIP airport pickups and off-site dinner runs to venues like Estiatorio Milos in the Cosmopolitan. WiFi and power outlets onboard mean your team arrives at the opening keynote actually ready to work.
Call 702-273-3624 for Las Vegas corporate bus rental pricing and route planning.

Las Vegas Private Event Transportation Services
Las Vegas hosts some of the highest-demand private events in the country. Electric Daisy Carnival (EDC) at the Las Vegas Festival Grounds (5150 S Sands Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89169) draws 140,000+ attendees per day across three days each May. The approach roads along Sands Avenue and Koval Lane see total gridlock by the time the first acts start, and rideshare supply collapses completely after midnight when tens of thousands of people attempt to leave at once.
A private charter bus to EDC drops your group at festival entry before the worst of the congestion, then returns at your preset pickup time — one flat rate instead of five separate surge-priced cars.
For family reunions working through multiple stops — Fremont Street Experience, lunch at a downtown hotel, an afternoon at the Neon Museum, and dinner back on the Strip — a minibus keeps everyone together on schedule without juggling separate vehicles at every transition. The Life is Beautiful Festival downtown in September is another date to book well ahead, as hotel parking around the Arts District fills completely during the weekend. Call 702-273-3624 for private event charter bus rates!

Las Vegas Homecoming & Prom Party Bus Rentals
Prom season in the Las Vegas Valley runs from late April through May, with high schools across Clark County — including Desert Pines, Silverado, Coronado, Centennial, and dozens more — scheduling events within the same 5-week window. Demand spikes fast. A typical 6-hour prom rental for 30 students — school pickup, pre-prom photo stop at a Strip resort, venue drop-off at a ballroom hotel, and after-party return — runs $1,800–$2,200 all-inclusive when booked in December, and $2,800–$3,500+ if left to last-minute.
For prom: book by December or expect premium pricing or no availability.
Homecoming season in September carries the same supply crunch. Parent committees and student groups across the valley work with our team to confirm pickup windows, arrange photo-stop timing, and lock in the after-party return. ADA-accessible buses are available upon request.
Call 702-273-3624 today to secure your prom night date!

Las Vegas School Event & Field Trip Transportation
Clark County School District serves over 300,000 students across more than 350 schools, and field trip logistics here involve everything from short hops to the Discovery Children's Museum (360 Promenade Pl, Las Vegas, NV 89106) in Symphony Park to longer drives out to Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area (1000 Scenic Loop Dr, Las Vegas, NV 89161), where bus parking is available in the main visitor center lot near the Calico Hills trailheads.
Full-size charter buses give teachers and chaperones a real quality-of-life upgrade over traditional school buses: TV monitors and a PA system for on-route education, overhead bins for lunch bags and backpacks, and undercarriage compartments for science equipment or athletic gear. ADA-accessible vehicles are always available — let us know your needs when you book. For overnight trips to Great Basin National Park or multi-school science events at UNLV's campus, onboard restrooms on select vehicles cut out the roadside stop problem entirely.
Call 702-273-3624 for school field trip bus rentals in Las Vegas!

Las Vegas Sporting Event Transportation
Raiders home games at Allegiant Stadium (3333 Al Davis Way, Las Vegas, NV 89118) have rewritten the Las Vegas group transportation market since 2020. The stadium's surface lots — particularly Lot A on Dean Martin Drive — require pre-purchased passes at $50–$100 each, sell out weeks in advance for premium matchups, and put pedestrians on a 15-minute walk to the stadium gates from the outer lots. A Las Vegas charter bus rental drops your tailgate group on Al Davis Way near the designated charter entry and the bus waits nearby for a coordinated post-game pickup, while rideshare passengers face a 25-minute walk to the designated pickup zone in the outlying lot.
For Golden Knights games at T-Mobile Arena (3780 S Las Vegas Blvd), on-site parking is essentially nonexistent — the arena is built into the Park MGM resort campus with no attached public garage. The Las Vegas Aces at Michelob ULTRA Arena in Mandalay Bay and Las Vegas Aviators games at Las Vegas Ballpark (1650 S Pavilion Center Dr, Las Vegas, NV 89135) in Summerlin round out the city's sports calendar. For NASCAR weekends at Las Vegas Motor Speedway (7000 Las Vegas Blvd N, Las Vegas, NV 89115) — when I-15 north grinds to a full stop for miles — a charter bus is your only sane option.
Call 702-273-3624 to book your game-day bus!

Las Vegas Wedding Transportation & Shuttle Service
Las Vegas is one of the busiest wedding markets in the United States, with more than 80,000 marriages performed in Clark County annually. Chapel ceremonies, resort ballroom receptions, and outdoor desert venues spread across a wide geography — from chapel clusters on Las Vegas Boulevard South to resort ballrooms at the Wynn or Encore, to The Neon Museum (770 Las Vegas Blvd N, Las Vegas, NV 89101) for outdoor receptions, to Henderson venues like Ravella at Lake Las Vegas (1610 Lake Las Vegas Pkwy, Henderson, NV 89011).
Asking out-of-town guests to find their own way between the Strip and a Henderson venue — at night, in formalwear, in a city they've visited once — is a real logistical risk. A Las Vegas wedding shuttle runs a clean loop from the hotel block to the ceremony space to the reception venue, with clear pickup windows and no guests arriving 40 minutes late because they couldn't find a rideshare. A 14-passenger Sprinter limo is the right vehicle for the bridal party on the day itself.
Because Party Buses Las Vegas has been coordinating these trips since 2011, your wedding timeline stays tight from first quote to final drop. Call 702-273-3624 for a free wedding transportation quote!

Las Vegas Winery Tour & Pub Crawl Transportation
Nevada's wine and craft beer scene has grown fast, and the Las Vegas valley now offers a real tasting circuit. Nevada Brew Works (107 E Charleston Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89104) anchors the downtown Arts District brewery scene; Crafthaus Brewery (7350 Eastgate Rd, Henderson, NV 89011) in Henderson has earned a national reputation for its Belgian-inspired portfolio; and CraftHaus Brewery's Henderson taproom and the adjacent Banger Brewing (450 Fremont St, Las Vegas, NV 89101) on Fremont Street give a pub crawl real range between the old downtown and the east valley.
For wine specifically, Sanders Family Winery in nearby Pahrump — about 60 miles west on NV-160 — is a full day-trip that turns a standard minibus rental into a wine country experience without the Napa airfare. Your group stays together in a comfortable Las Vegas party bus rental through every tasting stop, no one gets stuck deciding who's driving on the way back, and the flat-rate pricing means the math is simple. Call 702-273-3624 for a free pub crawl bus quote!

Frequently Asked Questions About our Las Vegas Bus Rentals
How much does a party bus cost in Las Vegas, Nevada?
Las Vegas party bus rental prices vary by vehicle size, date, and total hours. Our rate ranges: 14-passenger Sprinter limos run $170–$344/hour; 15–20 passenger party buses run $204–$378/hour; 20–30 passenger party buses run $244–$414/hour; 35–50 passenger party buses and minibuses run $294–$490/hour; full-size charter buses run $150–$300/hour or $1,200–$2,500/day. Peak dates — EDC weekend, New Year's Eve, Raiders playoff games, major CES and SEMA convention weeks — move rates toward the top of those ranges.
The fastest way to get a number for your specific date and itinerary is to call 702-273-3624 or use our 30-second online quote tool. You'll see the exact all-inclusive price before you ever book.
Where does a charter bus drop off at Allegiant Stadium?
Charter buses heading to Allegiant Stadium use the designated commercial vehicle zone on Al Davis Way on the stadium's east side. All on-site event parking requires pre-purchased passes — none are sold at the gate — and surface lots begin filling hours before kickoff. Rideshare pickup after games is in a remote lot, putting pedestrians on a substantial walk from the stadium exits.
A charter bus drops your group near the gate, holds tailgate gear in undercarriage bays during the game, and the bus waits for a coordinated pickup when the crowd exits. We always recommend reviewing the official Allegiant Stadium transportation page before your event for current lot assignments and road closure schedules.
How does a bus pick up my group at Harry Reid International Airport?
At Harry Reid International Airport (LAS), commercial buses pick up from the Ground Transportation level on the lower roadway of the main terminal. Once your full group has collected luggage and is assembled, your group coordinator contacts our team to confirm the bus moves to the correct commercial lane. Because the lower roadway at LAS sees heavy commercial volume during peak arrival windows, do not call for the bus until everyone is together with bags in hand.
For cruise pre-trip groups staging in Las Vegas before a Pacific sailing, the airport-to-hotel pickup runs through the same ground transportation level. We recommend reviewing the official LAS ground transportation page for current lane assignments before you land.
When should I book a Las Vegas party bus to get the best price?
We recommend booking at least three to six months in advance to secure the best vehicle at the best rate. That window extends to six months or more for EDC weekend (mid-May), New Year's Eve, major Raiders home playoff games, and CES week (early January), when Southern Nevada's entire group transportation supply tightens fast. For prom, the math is stark: booking in December for a late-April or May date runs $185–$300/hour for a premium bus; waiting until two weeks before prom pushes that to $337–$490+/hour or complete unavailability.
For prom: book by December or expect premium pricing or no availability. For most other dates outside peak windows, four to six weeks of lead time is workable — but the earlier you call 702-273-3624, the better your vehicle options.
Can a charter bus get into the Las Vegas Convention Center for a conference drop-off?
Yes. Charter buses serving the Las Vegas Convention Center (3150 Paradise Rd, Las Vegas, NV 89109) use commercial vehicle drop-off zones along Paradise Road and Convention Center Drive. The West Hall expansion, which opened in 2021, added additional entry points that ease the load during the biggest shows like CES and SEMA.
The on-site parking garage has height restrictions that make it unsuitable for full-size charter buses, so curbside drop-off is the standard approach — your group walks directly into lobby-level registration from the commercial curb. For multi-day conference contracts with repeating shuttle loops, we set up staggered departure windows so no attendee waits more than 10 minutes at any hotel pickup point. Call 702-273-3624 to discuss convention shuttle logistics and group rates.
How far in advance should I book?
For most Las Vegas events, three to six months is the target booking window. New Year's Eve on the Strip, EDC in May, Raiders home playoff games, and major convention weeks at the Convention Center are all events where the right-size vehicles go months before the date arrives. For prom season, book by December for an April or May event — that single decision is the difference between $1,800–$2,200 all-inclusive and $2,800–$3,500+ at the last minute.
For weddings and corporate shuttles, nine to twelve months ahead guarantees both vehicle selection and itinerary flexibility. Outside peak periods, four weeks can work — but call 702-273-3624 as soon as your headcount is confirmed. The earlier you lock in, the better your options.
Popular Las Vegas Party Bus Destinations
A Las Vegas party bus itinerary can range from a quick hop between two Strip resorts to a full-day circuit covering downtown Fremont Street, the Arts District, and back. Our list of popular Las Vegas party bus destinations is a solid starting point for building your group's trip.

Allegiant Stadium
Home to the Las Vegas Raiders since 2020, Allegiant Stadium (3333 Al Davis Way, Las Vegas, NV 89118) is a 65,000-seat domed venue that also hosts UNLV Rebels football, the Pac-12 Championship, and marquee concert events. It sits just west of the Strip on Russell Road, close enough to see from the Mandalay Bay observation deck but far enough that the pedestrian walk from most Strip hotels is not realistic for a large group. All event parking requires pre-purchased passes, lots sell out for premium games, and the outer surface lots on Dean Martin Drive put walkers 15 minutes from the gates.
Official charter bus drop-off is on Al Davis Way on the stadium's east side, putting your group near the entry gates directly. Rideshare pickup post-game is in a remote lot with a substantial walk. We highly recommend checking the official Allegiant Stadium transportation page before your visit to confirm current lot assignments and approach road closures.
Address: 3333 Al Davis Way, Las Vegas, NV 89118
Phone: (702) 944-7373

T-Mobile Arena
T-Mobile Arena (3780 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89158) opened in 2016 and is the home of the Vegas Golden Knights — NHL franchise and 2023 Stanley Cup champions — and also hosts the Las Vegas Aces during WNBA season, boxing and MMA events, and a continuous rotation of concert residencies. It sits inside the T-Mobile Arena plaza between Park MGM and New York-New York, which means it is genuinely embedded in the middle of the Strip with no attached public parking structure. Post-event pedestrian volume on the Strip's central mile is extreme — 20,000 fans exiting into an already crowded Las Vegas Boulevard creates rideshare queues that can stretch 45 minutes.
Official charter bus drop-off and pickup is on Audrie Street on the arena's east side. We recommend reviewing the official T-Mobile Arena parking and transit page before your visit for current drop-off protocols.
Address: 3780 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89158
Phone: (702) 692-1600

Sphere
Sphere (255 Sands Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89169) is the most technologically advanced live entertainment venue in the world — a 366-foot-tall programmable LED sphere with a 17,500-seat interior wrapped in a 160,000-square-foot immersive display surface. It opened in September 2023 and immediately became one of the most sought-after concert and experience destinations in Las Vegas. The venue sits just east of the Venetian on Sands Avenue, which is not a street built to absorb 18,000 departing guests.
Koval Lane to the south and the back roads behind the Las Vegas Convention Center are the practical exit routes, and rideshare demand spikes within minutes of doors closing. Charter bus drop-off uses the Sands Avenue approach, with bus waiting arranged in advance to avoid the post-show queue entirely. We recommend checking the official Sphere visit page for current access information before your event.

Phone: (725) 228-7469

Las Vegas Convention Center
The Las Vegas Convention Center (3150 Paradise Rd, Las Vegas, NV 89109) is the largest convention facility in the United States, with 4.6 million total square feet including the West Hall expansion completed in 2021. It hosts more than 60 major trade shows annually, including CES in January (170,000+ attendees), SEMA in November (135,000+), and NAB in April (90,000+). On peak convention move-in mornings, Paradise Road and Convention Center Drive become some of the most congested streets in Nevada, and the on-site parking garage — height-restricted and priced at $15–$25/day — fills completely before 9 a.m. on major show days.
The Convention Center Campus also includes the Loop tunnels operated by The Boring Company, which runs electric vehicles between Convention Center halls. Charter buses use curbside drop-off on Convention Center Drive for direct access to West Hall, or on Paradise Road for the Central and North halls. Check the official LVCVA Convention Center page for current show dates and hall assignments.
Address: 3150 Paradise Rd, Las Vegas, NV 89109
Phone: (702) 892-0711

Fremont Street Experience
The Fremont Street Experience (425 Fremont St, Las Vegas, NV 89101) is the original Las Vegas entertainment corridor — a 1,500-foot-long pedestrian mall covered by a 90-foot-high LED canopy called the Viva Vision, the largest such display in the world at 4 acres of screen. It anchors the downtown Las Vegas casino cluster that includes the Golden Nugget, Binion's, and the D Las Vegas, and serves as the starting point for nightlife that runs through the Arts District on S. Main Street and into the east Fremont neighborhood. Downtown parking is metered or garage-based, with the Fremont East lot and surrounding city garages carrying $5–$20 rates — manageable for two people, costly and logistically complicated for a group of 30.
Charter buses drop curbside on Fremont Street's loading zones at the east and west ends of the Experience canopy. For major weekends like New Year's Eve, the area is pedestrian-only with full street closures from Casino Center Drive westward; book months in advance. Check the official Fremont Street Experience site for current hours and event schedules.

Las Vegas Motor Speedway
Las Vegas Motor Speedway (7000 Las Vegas Blvd N, Las Vegas, NV 89115) sits 15 miles north of the Strip on I-15, and on NASCAR Pennzoil 400 weekend in March and the South Point 400 in October, the interstate northbound becomes a parking lot two hours before gates open. The speedway hosts NASCAR Cup Series, Xfinity, and Truck Series races plus the Dirt Track at LVMS and Bullring oval events across a full annual calendar. Gate 4 on Las Vegas Blvd North is the primary charter bus entry, with designated oversized vehicle parking in the infield lot areas accessible through the north gates.
All parking requires pre-purchased passes; day-of availability at the gate does not apply to oversized vehicles. Tailgating is permitted in designated lots, and undercarriage bays on a charter bus make hauling grills, shade structures, and coolers from the Strip a genuinely easy morning. We highly recommend reviewing the official LVMS parking and transportation page before race day to confirm current lot assignments and approach road status.
